Ama Odia Parivar is a registered charitable society serving the Odia community in Mumbai and Thane. Advertising here puts your business in front of that community — and every rupee goes straight into the blood donation camps, education support and relief work the Society runs.
Who you reach
This is a small, specific audience rather than a large anonymous one, and that is the point. The people here are looking for something particular:
- Yellow Pages visitors are already searching for a local service — a plumber, an electrician, a tuition teacher. They arrive with intent, not curiosity.
- Festival and event pages are busiest around Ganesh Puja, Durga Puja and the blood donation camps, when the whole community is on the site at once.
- Members and their families, who return for notices, events and the committee’s announcements.
To confirm. Visitor numbers. This page does not quote any, because the site carries no analytics or tracking — that was a deliberate privacy choice and it is stated in the Privacy Policy. If you want to give advertisers a figure, the honest source is the hosting control panel’s server-log statistics. Please do not publish a number that has not been measured; an advertiser who later finds it was invented will not take a second slot, and word travels in a community this size.
Where your banner can go
Four placements, each shown below at the proportion your artwork needs to fit. The count under each one is live — it updates on its own as slots are taken.
Home page strip
On the home page, below the main content. Seen by everyone who scrolls the front page.
Banners here share a row, so a squarish crop works whether there is one advertiser or eight.

Home page, beside the hero
On the home page, in the column beside the main carousel. The first thing on the site, above the fold.
One advertiser on screen at a time. The slot matches the height of the carousel beside it, so it is roughly square on a wide screen and a little taller on a tall one - artwork is fitted whole rather than cropped, so keep the design tolerant of a small margin. Upload a wide mobile version too: on a phone this sits under the carousel, where a tall creative would push the page down.

What it costs
To confirm. Rates and packages. Monthly rate per placement, any discount for three, six or twelve months, and whether members or listed businesses pay less. Nothing is published here until the Society decides, because a price on this page is a commitment somebody can hold you to. Until then, enquiries are answered individually — which is also a reasonable way to find out what the market will bear.
What we ask of your artwork
- The right shape. Each placement above shows the proportion. Artwork of the wrong shape gets letterboxed or cropped, and it is your money being wasted.
- A JPG or PNG, sized for the web rather than for print. A file of several megabytes slows the page for everyone, including your own customers.
- A line of alt text — what the banner says, for a visitor who cannot see it. We will not publish a banner without it.
- A working link to where you want people to land.
- Nothing misleading. Every banner is labelled as an advertisement, and it sits inside a charity’s pages. We may decline anything we think would embarrass the Society or its members, and we may withdraw a banner that turns out to misrepresent what is offered.
To confirm. What you will not carry. Most charities set this out plainly — commonly alcohol, tobacco, gambling, moneylending and anything aimed at children. Decide the list and it can be stated here, which saves refusing an advertiser awkwardly after they have paid.
Enquire about a slot
