Anyone can call themselves a charity. This page is where Ama Odia Parivar shows the paperwork instead — our registration, our accounts, and what we did with the money. Everything here is a document you can open and read, not a claim.
Registration and legal status
Each certificate below is the scanned original. Personal details — home addresses, bank account numbers and signatures — are removed before publication; the registration numbers themselves are printed as text so they can be checked against the public registers.
No registration documents are published yet. They will appear here as scanned certificates once they have been checked and redacted.
Annual reports and audited accounts
One report and one set of audited statements per financial year. The figures are shown on this page as well as inside the PDF, because most people will not open a PDF to find out whether a charity spends what it raises.
No annual reports published yet. Each year’s report and audited accounts will be listed here.
How the money is used
To confirm. The split between programmes, running costs and fundraising, as three percentages from the audited accounts. Publish the real figures even if the running-cost share is higher than you would like — a plausible, unaudited number is worth nothing, and a donor who later finds the accounts say something different will not give again.
Governance
- The Society is run by an elected committee. The office bearers and executive committee are listed on the Committee Members page, with their roles and tenure.
- Notices, resolutions and calls to the Annual General Meeting are published on the Notices & News page.
- Members may inspect the Society’s registers and minutes on request.
To confirm. How often the committee meets, when the financial year runs, and when the AGM is normally held. Three short facts, and they are the ones a corporate partner or a serious donor asks first.
Raising a concern
If you believe something has gone wrong — money misused, a volunteer behaving improperly, a decision taken unfairly — tell us. Complaints are taken seriously and are not held against the person who raises them.
Write through our contact page and choose Complaint or grievance. Concerns about how we handle personal data are covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
To confirm. A named Grievance Officer — name, designation, direct email, and the period within which they will respond. This is required twice over: section 13 of the DPDP Act for data complaints, and ordinary good governance for everything else. It is currently the single most-repeated gap on this site.
Something missing?
If a document you expected is not here, ask for it through the contact page and we will either publish it or explain why we cannot.
