Whether you want to join, volunteer, list a business, ask about one of our causes, report a problem with a listing, or ask us about the personal data we hold on you — this is the place to start. Choose what your message is about and a volunteer will pick it up.
What happens after you write
Your message is saved and waits for a volunteer to read it. We do not send you a confirmation email, so please keep a note of what you asked. If you asked for a reply we will write to the address you gave. Ama Odia Parivar is run by volunteers alongside their own work, so please allow a few days.
If you are reporting a listing, tell us which business and what is wrong. We check every report and we do not need you to justify making one. If a listing is inaccurate, misleading, or was placed without the owner’s authority, it comes down.
If you are asking to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, we may ask you to confirm your identity first. That is not obstruction — without it we would risk handing somebody’s details to the wrong person.
Other ways to reach us
To confirm. Postal address, phone number(s), email address and office hours. Fill these in at Settings → Ama Odia Parivar and they will appear here and in the footer of every page at the same time. Every one must be real: a dummy phone number on a charity website is one of the commonest and most damaging mistakes there is, which is why nothing is shown until it is filled in.
Your privacy
What you send us is used to answer you and kept as a record of the matter. It is not published and it is not shared. We record your IP address while the message is open so we can trace abuse, and delete it once the message is closed. Messages are deleted automatically once they have been dealt with and a grace period has passed.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers or bank details — we never need them. Our Privacy Policy sets out your rights in full, including how to raise a grievance if you are not satisfied with how we have handled something.
